Returns and Refund Policy
Digital products are non-refundable.
This includes video invitations, Canva templates, and similar items.

Items can be returned or exchanged only in the case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery. Such returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
The customer must return the item in its original, undamaged condition, securely packaged. If an item is found to be defective, we may repair or replace it with an identical item.
If this solution is not satisfactory for the customer, a refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Each order is custom-made and individually approved by the customer. Therefore, returns are not accepted in the following cases:
The customer chose and approved incorrect dimensions.
The uploaded file was of insufficient quality, resulting in a print that did not meet expectations.
Color differences or appearance caused by monitor settings.
We always inform the customer in advance if the uploaded files do not meet quality requirements.
The customer acknowledges that some colors, contrast, or other visual aspects may differ from what is seen on-screen due to individual monitor settings. The seller is not responsible for such variations.
We do not alter the content of submitted files or correct grammatical errors.
A warranty is provided only if stated in the product description. If no warranty is mentioned, the applicable Lithuanian legal acts will apply.
According to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
This means that the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase if the product was made according to the buyer’s individual specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
All items are produced based on the customer’s specific instructions. Customized items are not pre-manufactured and are created based on the buyer’s choices or requests.
Therefore, a return is only possible in the case of:
A mismatch with the confirmed order specifications
Mechanical damage caused during delivery
